    Inman Innovator nominees almost always align with conference sponsorships. In the past, a diamond sponsorship almost guaranteed PR for winning this award. Zillow will win for its iPhone app, but not so much because it has real practical value to agents or consumers. If I want to find homes for sale on my phone, there are certainly better ways to do it.
