Owen Raun of Online Mortgage Podcast did a great interview with Amy Bouhtinsky, Director of Communications with Zillow.Com. It’s very comprehensive and does a great job of explaining Zillow’s business model, recent announcements and upcoming products. My recent trip to the NAR convention underscored a basic misunderstanding of what Zillow has to offer real estate professionals and where they stand in the world of real estate information portals. I think listening to this podcast will go a long way toward helping Realtors® get a better handle on whether or not Zillow fits into their future plans.
