    Sorry you feel that way - there are likely differences in home facts between the homes resulting in differing zestimates. However, please note this is not the place to discuss zestimates/zillow -- use the <href>zillow discussions section of zillow for that.

    I really don't know how zillow can have two of the same houses sames size same builder same everything and list one zestimate one for 70000 dollars more on the same block. The lower one have the better lot? Zillow is confusing and really makes me mad! I see by the blogs lots of people are mad! Zillow should be shut down.
