Coldwell Banker is Now Optimized for the iPhone

Visiting Coldwell Banker on an iPhone now directs you to the iPhone version of their site.
My initial thoughts on their iPhone site are similar to Joel’s review. It is certainly easy to browse listings and pull up a listing detail page to see more information and photos and I agree with Joel about completeness of listing coverage being the biggest issue. I predominately saw Coldwell Banker listings, but I did come across a Century 21 listing in my Seattle search and an ERA listing in my Los Angeles search. This means the site is at least pulling in other Realogy listings, but likely favoring Coldwell Banker listings in the search ordering.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the other Realogy brands are currently working on their own iPhone Web sites. Do you think other large brokerages are close behind in the race to please the expanding mobile market?
