Real estate technology is changing, and we are all going to have to learn the new technology and websites in order to keep up. I was just having a conversation with someone the other day as to whether it is best to allow the client to find the information themselves given a functional website, or if its best to find it for them yourself. I personally like to find the information for myself first.
