Even if a home is older and not "green", if you can walk to everything you need, it may end up being "greener" than an actual "green" home where you have to drive everywhere. There are so many times people ask what is nearby-and though I do a great job of knowing what is close-it can be hard to remember some of the great things in walking distance to neighborhoods-like local eateries or consigment stores or parks! What a great tool to keep me updated on everything in an area AND to offer for clients browsing around my site-I will be looking into adding this to my idx results page.
