Thanks for chiming in Tom. I'm not saying it can't be done, but I can say from experience that building a complete and accurate directory of real estate agents is no small task. There needs to be a really compelling reason to register and fill out their complete profile for them to deem it worth their time. And you'll have to hit many of them multiple times with marketing messages which is a task by itself.

Impressed by the continued evolution of Enormo and their global coverage. Interested in plans to tackle markets where local agents generally don't have exclusive listings.

Drew,

Thanks for the mention. Indeed, these are not real estate agents. The section is brand new and right now it's set to treat agents, portals and other types of aggregators the same way. We've got tools in place to give us full control of how we handle and display different types of listing publishers, and we'll shortly be introducing a more varied offering in this regard.

So far the response from the agents who work with us has been fantastic. International property search is often just as much about finding an agent you can trust as it as about finding a property that you like. Our worldwide agency directory now lets agents to present themselves in the best light by creating a mini-profile that accompanies their listings, and consumers can start by choosing a reputable agent before firing off semi-serious email leads to all and sundry.

We're also offering a great promotion this month to agents wanting to tap our 4 million monthly visitors and diversify their marketing to a genuinely international audience. So don't hesitate to give us a call!

Best regards,

Tom Dibaja
