If a real estate professional has the desire to have a video presentation created using a $1,000* piece of motion effects software, they should engage the services of a video production professional. There are places on the web like Wellcome Mat to find reasonably priced folks for that. Hopefully when that video editing professional needs to buy or sell a home, she or he will call a real estate professional before trying to go FSBO. The amount of time and money wasted by both parties climbing a DIY learning curve could be used to garner more business and further both of their respective careers.
