True Gotham has built a fantastic brand as a valuable resource for anyone interested in the Manhattan real estate market. Doug Heddings, a Senior Vice President and associate real estate broker at Prudential Douglas Elliman, is the man behind the blog and covers topics ranging from the Lower East Side to Manhattan real estate inefficiencies. When I think of Manhattan real estate blogs, I think of two people — Noah Rosenblatt at UrbanDigs and Doug Heddings (both on the list of most influential bloggers). Today, Doug is pushing the envelope by launching TrueGotham TV as a way to extend the True Gotham brand. He’s partnered with WellcomeMat, who I’ve covered before, to host the online show. The topic he picked for the 1st edition of his show — measuring square footage — is extremely relevant to his Manhattan audience.
