Tubemogul is great for distribution but it's only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to syndication and distribution of media content.

Steve is right. Deploy to appropriate sites on TubeMogul (AOL, Yahoo, Google, YouTube, search sites etc.), embed an uploaded video to your own site, and spread the word via facebook, twitter, & stumbleupon.

The idea of generating video of the surrounding community is definitely key. Beefing up the buyers with more information around the property can educate them and make yourself stand out as the authority of that neighborhood.

@ Riverside Real Estate -
- add video to http://www.tubemogul.com/
- post video to Facebook
- send out via Twitter
but the real key is to create video that people want to interact with. Be sure to have a closing that asks them to get involved.

That was a pretty interesting interview. I have a question though, since I just created about 10 short videos about my community in the past month. Having sent them out into the internet void... How do I make sure I'm not just talking to myself? Any solid tips on getting responses to video? I mean, it would be nice to think that people interested in Real estate are going to cruise for information like wine fanatics, but do you think they are the same demographic?
