Want to wow your clients in 2013?

Here’s an idea…

Buy a new iPad (or several).

Set your logo as the background image. Additionally, ensure a well designed sticker with your brand name front and center is on the back.

When someone signs a buyers or sellers agreement with you, hand them a brand new iPad.

Ensure every single piece of communication and information related to their experience shows up on that iPad in a digestible format. There should be one dashboard to look at that will always show them the most recent status, document, or action item needed to move the transaction forward (related note: does a great ios app already exist to handle private one to one communication between agent and client?).

Done right, it’ll mean exponentially fewer phone calls and email for you — and your clients will love you.

Voila – an amazing client experience (I’m assuming the actual transaction goes smoothly and you do all those real estate “things” that are part of your job).

Anyone doing something along these lines? With all the iPad work Dominic at M Squared has been doing, it wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve tried this already?
