The first project that got me all hyped up is the Neo 1973 (<a href="http://www.openmoko.com/" rel="nofollow">here</a>). Google's Andriod platform looks pretty impressive too, but I'm still really excited for the open moko platform. I guess it will really come down to the better (and cheaper) hardware that will run the device. The <a href="http://code.google.com/android/" rel="nofollow">video</a> from Google about the launch of Andriod is pretty impressive, especially when he pulls out the touch screen device. I'm not one who wants the world to rip off Apple's design for electronics, but I think Google is definitely moving in the right direction.
