		<description>I like Google, but I&#039;m just not sure about this whole thing of making all MLS content a public forum. I know some sellers want all the exposure they can get, but It can be a good thing to have a Realtor who can set up the appointment to show the house rather than people just showing up at all hours of the day to see the house. Sometimes it also makes sense on a safety level as well.</description>
