What we have found in an open listing environment is that the marketing agents do is generic (eg SEO work for the entire website or local print advertising for the company) and not focused on a particular listing.  The aim is to get more leads in the door to sell them &#039;anything&#039; rather than doing targeted marketing for a particular seller who has given them an open listing.</description>
