For me, I am using VIMEO as my video platform, and I love it, (ala Ian Watt www.ianwatt.ca). It is so easy to upload from my video files, and then share with social media sites like Facebook. Also, the embed code easily transfers to my Point2Agent website, so it's awesome. I also use The Flip Mino camera and it could NOT be easier to use.

Viddler is my favorite embedded video platform right now. I like that you can completely customize the player including the logo. Also, unlike YouTube, Viddler doesn't show anybody else's videos after yours is finished playing. The last thing that I want my clients seeing after watching a video on my website is some "related" video of a drunk person stumbling around.
