The syndication has sold many of my properties where the "customer" couldn't initially find on my website. So, to me, Point2 is worth it's weight in "Commission Gold." I do take my listings and post myself on Craigslist, and other sites. For me, it's a big time saver for a website to "virally" blast my listings to other sites for me.
