Once the listing feed is standardized by Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo (and others) then everyone will be syndicating. While syndication is important, so are your other needs, like single property websites, html for flyers AND email, hit stats and PDF creation. Why bounce around from site to site when you can do it all in one place? It too, has a free account option.
