Postlets is great, don't get me wrong, but listing syndication is not going to be the end all for online marketing. Once the listing feed is standardized by Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo (and others) then everyone will be syndicating. Read more here. This was the idea behind PlugMyListing.com. While syndication is important, so are your other needs, like single property websites, html for flyers AND email, hit stats and PDF creation. Why bounce around from site to site when you can do it all in one place? It too, has a free account option.

GroupTweet holds some promise for more efficient microblogging. Twitter has been useful on many levels, albeit with a firehose sometimes. These tools make it easier to sift and sort incoming and outgoing shares.

Of all of the million twitter tools that have come out since the rise in popularity of the utility it’s nice to see a few come along with some real promise. GroupTweet looks like something that could be very functional for one of best known uses of twitter. Using twitter as a device to stay connected during a function is essential these days, and tracking through SMS and or hashtags has been a bit wonky. Let’s hope this is something that can really bring people together and clearly communicate through a group channel.
