    I guess I should add on this thread that the best lead capture strategies for lenders I've run across are (a) partnering with real estate agents who have a great IDX website (i.e. helping them cover the cost of advertising in exchange for ability to track and followup with leads in the back end, and (b) advertising Credit Repair as the key to getting a better loan.

    The key is to get to consumers while they are searching for homes 6-9 months BEFORE they've chosen an agent (who will steer them to their in-house lender).

    Lenders who position themselves not with the same old crappy template sites, but on blogs as honest, likable, real people who are willing to tell the truth about their industry and how it robbed so many consumers do very well.

    I'll be introducing a version of http://www.TheLocalExpert.com and a WordPress IDX system for lenders (yes there are ways to partner with agents that meet the MLS boards requirements for IDX data but highlight the Lender and give the lender the leads) – probably sometime in October.

    P.S. Wait until you see how we integrate Zillow and Walkscore information with the IDX data provided through listingpress!

    All of these are good, but these are big boses, charge a hell amount of money. I was with on of them (can't name it here), ripped me off totally. Now I switched to iReadySites.com, these guys provide good SEO site, very friendly support (mainly through email), and above all it costs just 197 (no recurring ****)
