Goodgle Street View has to be one of the greatest marketing tools for Real Estate Websites. Letting the home buyers view the homes before going out helps with saving time and gas by not having to go look at houses that are “turn offs” to the buyers as soon as they are sighted.

Google street view is a HUGE help when I get online CMA requests. Some of our areas are “transitional” and I can have a peek and see if the home I’m being asked to run the numbers for is grossly over improved for the area. It’s not just square footage, but also the presentation of the home. Love it.

Thanks for the heads up. Wasn’t available in my area when I checked earlier and I had long since forgotten about it.

Mary and Martin, thanks for the user feedback. I’ll be checking it out.

I’m located just outside of Philly. Google StreetView only covers the major cities, but not the suburbs. I can’t wait to see their little car with the camera in my neighborhood.

Google Street View has been fantastic on my site-so many home buyers comment on how they tried it out when they contact me about seeing a home. If is FANTASTIC.

Google is really mining data every second of the day. And oh it's getting scarier because all people's name are already in their databases.
