Maybe I am reading this wrong, but with individual agent sites out there......this program could potentially take the individual out of the home search process. I do feel that a licensed Realtor really does know the market better than "most" consumers and because of this a Real Estate Broker is needed. With that said, I do feel that most MLS's are out of date and need to be brought up to snuff. I can’t help but wonder how this will truly help the Realtor.
