Myspace’s DataAvailability functionality is live at developer.myspace.com. Here is a test application from TechCrunch that should give you a feel for what is possible.

I’m not sure if there are legal or technical restrictions that would prevent this, but one possible use of DataAvailability could be allowing buyers looking at listings on your site to share the listings of interest with their friend list from Myspace; then get feedback from their friends on those listings. I’m sure this is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of possible uses — anyone else have any compelling ideas relevant to the real estate industry?
