I have never met a seller yet that did not want as much exposure for their listing as they could get. Who are they trying to protect here? Usually all the people on the MLS and Board committees are losers that do not do any kind of business and are living in the past. Clinging to old ways and things that do not make sense. And the NAR Board of Directors in their infinite wisdom voted to do just that -- refer the proposed changes back to the MLS Committee for further discussion.
