Apparently, Twitter actually blocks google spider, but google are finding ways around it. Twitter probably realise that they are missing a trick and this is the first of many changes. They have a no follow on the link to your web site. They put a condom on that a while ago. If you are referring to Google Juice as Page Rank like most people do.
