When I respond to a comment on my blog my avatar doesn’t show up it’s just a silhouette of a person. What do I need to do to have my photo show up?

You need an account with Gravatar – http://en.gravatar.com/

And make sure you register all the email address you use across the web (personal, work, etc) – all sites that use gravatar such as this one match avatar’s with email addresses.
