Drew ... just noticed the name "Zillow" has been replicated across all other columns for search engine locations on this spread sheet. Gotta backup? J

Great tool Drew for everyone in the industry to use. We've added our company and distribution partners. Can you clarify how opt in should be used? i.e. does this mean the agent/broker needs to opt in to these feeds to participate?

We would also like to add a column for direct MLS syndication. We have recently added 50+ MLS vendors that allow us to syndicate directly from our clients MLS listings as part of their IDX feed (with broker permission of course) eliminating the need to manually enter into our system.

I am also interested in traffic stats for the different syndication sites. We have been using vFlyer and ClassifiedFlyerAds.com with limited success for our listings in Hawaii. But hey, every bit of success helps.
