Your favorite real estate sites and blogs today are slick and shiny, modern and contemporary, functional and 2.0. But that wasn’t always the case. Check out some of your favorite sites way back when:

The Phoenix Real Estate Guy circa January 2006

Trulia.com circa October 2005

Great advice! I need to diversify my “streams” outside of real estate. Property investing is what we know best, but the more stream of income the better.

There seems to be massive changes in Real estate. Real estate business is growing rapidly and this vast change results to more and more REO houses are being market in the US today.

Erion,
These old sites are a joke aren't they. I remember the first one I built back in the day. It was this sweet framed deal with a frame left, top, bottom and content in the middle. What a POS. LOL.
