I wanted to extend a congratulations to the Redfin team for adding foreclosures and for sale by owner properties to their already impressive website. I think it’s safe to say home buyers searching on Redfin will definitely benefit from the increased inventory of properties.

The thing to be careful of with FSBO listings… Investors are looking at these more closely and asking for a National Firm or a field review (usually getting a LOWER value!)
