I’m excited to take the reigns as a fill-in host of the 56th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate this week. The carnival, which I’ll finalize shortly, will be posted soon enough — but, I thought I’d post the runners-up for your early morning enjoyment.

Thoughtful of you to include us among your runner-ups. We’ve heard a lot of feedback from professionals about these characters — 23 and a half so far — and interestingly, all the characters are alive and well and a rich part of real estate blogging!
