As an owner of an online marketing tool that is always expanding its options and features, I am wondering what technology enhancements does to your listing fee.  We all know that in each brokerage there are those that “Get It” and those that don’t.  With all the great technology that I see being showcased on this site, does this affect how much you cost?

I know of a few local agents here in Portland, OR that have different pricing structures based on how much the seller wants to utilize your talents and experience.

Any thoughts or comments on how your tech savvy-ness affects your commission percentage?

**EDIT**: as it has been brought to my attention by a smart reader, I am not looking for numbers here, but more for tactics.  do you value yourselves higher because of your technical know-how?  Is it part of your base package?  These are points that I am looking for.  Thanks.

Agents have to be **very** careful discussing commissions in “public”….

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m not exactly looking for hard numbers here, as now noted in the post.

I think that technology provides a boost to my ability to attract buyers, from my site and attract sellers who know I’m tech savvy.
