John Rowles at MainRhode LLC (they build enterprise search solutions using Google technology) just announced the launch of RealEstateUSA over at BloodHoundBlog. You can take a look at the new site at RealEstateUSA.com. What is it you may be wondering?
RealSearchUSA.com will be a network of Independent brokers connected by a unique function – a natural language Real Estate search engine. Our goal is to create a true consumer benefit: A Google-inspired (and powered) natural language search experience that leads to a good, local independent broker.
It seems this initiative will help all the brokerages in the network boost their traffic a bit – both from the SEO benefit this is likely to create and from a in-network referral traffic perspective. Of course, this will help John Rowles & MainRhode LLC at the same time by giving them one more thing to talk about with their perspective clients.
