Before anyone goes to the iPhone, I BEG you to hold off just a bit longer. We all know how much google has helped the world, from the best search to tons of free programs and they are going to help us all again. Check this out when you have some free time. It is the google operationg system for cell phones and mobile devices and it looks GREAT. Seriously, you know that it will work with any system that the iPhone won't work with because it is open so it will just take enough demand and it will get implemented. I for one will be first in line to get one of these devices later this year (unless the new Open Moko comes out first... decisions decisions...)

Be careful with the iPhone. I’m a fan of it, at least from what I’ve seen, but I know that it’s not compatible with Top Producer, or our local MLS. Check with your MLS provider first…

I’ve had my TREO 600 for 4 years now and it works without a hitch. I’m going to be sad when it finally quits working….. And I’ll probably get another TREO again, because none of the other smart phones work with the MLS software to read and unlock the keyboxes. It downloads all of the listings every night while I’m sleeping and I awake to a fresh new day with hot new homes for sale, right at my fingertips. Plus, it sends me an email whenever someone has entered and viewed one of my listings, so I can email or call them and get immediate feedback. How cool is that?
