TurnHere Raises $7.5 Million in VC Investment

I just stumbled across a story in the East Bay Business Time that some of you might find interesting — TurnHere has raised $7.5 million in VC funding -
Online video publisher TurnHere Inc. will use $7.5 million in venture funding from Venrock and Hearst Interactive Media to build its marketing and sales staff while finishing key features of its Web-based video production platform.
TurnHere was founded by Brad Inman, who many of you know as the founder of Inman News. Congratulations Brad!
I know this was covered by a range of blogs, including Mashable, Screenwerk, and Silicon Alley Insider, earlier this month, but I still thought I’d highlight it since I don’t remember seeing the news anywhere in the RE.net (sorry if I missed it).
