One problem with MBL tags though... you have to search for an *exact* tag someone used.

For example, searching for &quot;phoenix real estate&quot; returns different results than searching &quot;phoenix arizona real estate&quot;

MBL really needs to get it so that someone searching  tags doesn&#039;t have to be quite so precise. Otherwise, tag lists are going to grow into unmanageable lists...</description>
