I think there’s a strong case to be made that help figuring out how to get from point A to point B is something that home buyers would appreciate during their home selection process. It’s likely some buyers wonder how to get to their current job from every listing they seriously consider. Or a young male buyer might wonder how to get to their girlfriend’s house from the new condo development they are looking at. Or there’s even buyers who probably try to determine if there is a good mass transit route to the grocery store (some people don’t have cars). Buyers likely already use tools out there to help them in this area, but they go to another site rather than your site to do it. As an agent or brokerage, if your focus is for your site to be a complete destination for buyers and sellers and give them everything they need to make a decision about where to buy — take a look at the new (free) API from Hop Stop that allows you to access mass transit data and show your visitors how to get from point a to point b.

Here is a Demo on Google Maps.
