Thanks for starting this discussion on Disqus. I’ve been using the Wordpress in-house comments feature and I’ve been pretty happy with it. Although I’ve been considering the move to Disqus after a friend recommended it.

therecoach, I totally agree that is better to be in the game. I think Web 2.0 has demanded a big shift for Realtors, many of whom seem to lack the desire to make the necessary cultural commitment.
RE: Web 3.0, I am learning everything I can (or should i say everything I can understand) about VRM – Vendor relationship management. In the Web 3.0 world the customer will be even more empowered and it will be harder to tell the customers from the vendors, as everyone will be immersed in the “conversation” on equal ground.
