What do You Think of TwitterLocal?
By Drew Meyers | April 7, 2008
I saw a post on PR 2.0 this weekend that could be of interest to many real estate professionals trying to find clients using social media — TwitterLocal Connects You to Local Voices.
Jeff Turner also picked up on the new mashup of Twitter (H/T FoREM).
If you’re a real estate professional, is TwitterLocal.net a viable option to find clients?

It’s still a bit wonky and unstable for me, but it’s a great tool to find people in my area … as soon as there are more Twitter-ers, it will be even better.
I think a better way to look at it is that it may be a good way for clients to find you. I’ve found that most clients don’t necessarily want to be “found.”

I think it’s a neat tool. It will be interesting to see if it develops into a successful relationship building tool.
