Myspace has finally launched a developer platform in an effort to keep up with Facebook’s developer platform.

This begs the question — what, if anything, does this mean to the real estate tech industry? Are any real estate web geeks planning on building real estate specific apps? Or has everyone already given up on Myspace in favor of Facebook?

    Nothing

I would never think of looking for a house on Facebook or Myspace

I’m mostly with you Loren — I wouldn’t look at a house (or anything else for that matter) on Myspace. Right now, I certainly wouldn’t look at facebook either, but that could change at some point if some really compelling apps are built.
