Here’s a link for the geeks out there — I just noticed GeekEstate Blog made the “Blogs” category of 1000watt’s Real Estate Web 2.0 page, which highlights the “who’s who” of real estate web 2.0. In addition to the blogs category, other categories included neighborhood/local, brokerage, home values, mobile, markets/data, listings search, and social/community. The other blogs on the list were 1000 wattblog, 3 Oceans Blog, Future of RE Marketing, Inman Blog, and Transparent RE.
