  • There is even less need for this now than there was a year ago.

    You can find what I find important in my Scenius scene or you can create one of your own. But real estate weblogs, taken as a whole, are a lot less interesting now that they were this time last year.
  • IMO, the more real estate blogs there are, the more the industry needs something like Techmeme. I don't necessarily use Techmeme to find what's important as I use it to find other conversations about a specific issue being discussed.

    I think the problem with a RealEstateMeme is that not enough folks are blogging about consumer real estate news...
