There are many smooth and brilliant iPhone apps, this is not one of them; the whole thing feels very sludgy. Lots of waiting and loading, missing and questionable information... may be good compared to most bureaucratic real estate garbage that exists out there but it's not what I've come to expect when using my iPhone.
