		<description>Just another frivolous distraction. These mean nothing and with the seller and the buyer&#039;s being extremely biased and motivated to bring a property&#039;s perceived value up or down, the estimates will be garbage. Besides legally eventually you will see some sellers sue over this. This reminds me of when redfin tried to allow public comments about properties on the property&#039;s detail pages and then were legally stopped because of the harm it did to sellers. This is really the same thing.</description>
